Processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Twist Aura may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Twist Aura is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delayed or Missing Orders
